Volunteer at Muziek op de Dommel

Have you always wanted to be a part of a big music event?

Between the 30th of May and the 1st of June 2014 the 5th edition of Muziek op de Dommel will take place.

To organize this festival the board has to rely on a large group of volunteers who help make the festival possible.

As a volunteer:

• You'll contribute to one of the most publically-accessible cultural festivals in Eindhoven.
• You'll support hundreds of musicians and bring thousands of people in touch with classical music.
• You'll gain experience in organising a big event.

And on top of that:

• You'll receive a Music on the Dommel volunteers shirt
• Food and drinks during setup and through the festival itself will be taken care of
• You're invited to the introduction party
• You will experience a fantastic week with fun young people
• You are invited for the free volunteer barbecue after the festival

You can sign up as a volunteer via this form or by sending email to and indicating the days you would prefer to work during the period of the festival (pre festival days: May 27th - 29th; festival: May 30 - June 1; post-festival days: June 1st - 4th). The exact dates and times will be arranged closer to the festival, but by signing up you reserve them for this good cause. Don't forget to check out our volunteers group on Facebook.

At Muziek op de Dommel you're more than just background scenery. You're really an important part of the festival! You can sign up as a stage hand, promotion worker, or artist guide, to name just a few. Before and after the festival we'll also need extra hands to build and tear down the stages and terrain.
