Workshops
Muziek op de Dommel is excited to offer a series of workshops to complement the festival performances.
Saturday morning: workshops by professional musicians
Saturday morning (May 31) will feature workshops on instrumental skills and general musical skills, primarily taught by musicians of the
philharmonie zuidnederland, one of the newest and largest
professional orchestras of the Netherlands.
(Note that the workshops will be finished before the festival performances begin in the afternoon.)
Sunday morning: Singing from Scratch
Your mission: learn a mass-choir choral piece in three hours of rehearsal, and perform it that afternoon. Hosted by the Nederlands Studenten Kamerkoor,
the Singing from Scratch event will be a chance to improve your sight-reading skills, sing with new friends, and develop your singing technique
with musicians from the NSK. We'll be joined and inspired by the composer of the piece we're performing.

On Saturday May 31 Bert Honig will give a recorder workshop at Muziek op de Dommel; this workshop is organized through the recorder society Sambuca.
